Introduced to Yoga while exploring Thailand in 2005, Rachel has enjoyed the benefits of a consistent practise for over 15 years. Her classes are calming and nurturing with a focus on alignment and accessibility. With a background in Marketing & Public Relations, Yoga has always been a go-to tool to recharge and align herself with the here and now. Rachel teaches a Hatha Flow class to women of mixed abilities; offering a safe environment to build strength in both the body and mind. Rachel also offers Pre and Post Natal Yoga to prepare and heal the body before and after childbirth as well as children's and family yoga classes. Rachel will also be running teen yoga classes to support the hormonal changes and guide young women as they learn to grow into their bodies amongst a social media - led society.
